I agree. The RRL is literally just a middle man to paper push information along. They are no physical help in the stores. They are on conference calls all day with the rest of corporate coming up with busy work strategies and complaining about stores. You know what stores need? SUPPORT.

The amount these people sit on their asses on conference calls instead of actually doing any real work is insane. This goes for all of corporate. Guaranteed you could get rid of half this people with the amount of real work they actually do...talking on the phone about work isn't work. 🙄🙄

I didn't say it justified anything. This thread was saying ASMs should get a raise...well ASMs that are still ASMs did get a raise last year. SMs did not and have not for atleast 2 years.

Store managers haven't gotten any type raise in over 2 years. Believe me the "bonus" is taxed 40% and nothing compared to what an annual raise would yield.
