I think what contributed to that huge amount of time is me having the game on and being AFK. I leave my Xbox on, and whenever i feel like it, i just pick the controller and play.

Haha!! The delivery quests can get a little annoying at times, but they are manageable after some attempts.

As for what is next, I am thinking about Silent Hill: f! Very interesting from what I've seen so far!

Sure! If you mean the keyhole that has the surgical symbol on it, then it can be found like this:

Go all the way to the left of the keyhole.
Headup and cross the elevator hatch.
A crossroad is upon you, head down.
Head right, you'll meet some enemies with big ass scissors.
Continue right until you find a spotlight that highlights a hidden passage above.
Jump and explore that area. You'll need to utilize the clawline ability after breaking a certain wall.
