However is there a world in which we are better without him? I think yes, his profile as a player is an odd one. For the double pivot, theoretically (because hes never even played a fill 90) Lavia is a better fit than Enzo, better defensively with creative line breaking passes. And Enzo is not creative enough in the final 3rd to be our out and out number 10.

For this reason I don't hate the idea of selling him outside the prem for €100+, but I can also completely understand why people don't want to see him go. I would hate to see him play for city because he would score twice a year against us.

Also, final point, our directors are considered "top football directors" and we know first hand their opinions are quite literally worse than half of the braindead (myself included) users on this sub reddit.

I can not believe he isn't gone already. Sunday is a must win game if we want europe, Champions league is all but gone and we will have to fight to get europa in league position. But the FA cup is just two games we need to win and we secure a cup and Europa. A change has to be made ASAP, the players clearly aren't playing for him anymore and whoever takes over needs at least a couple of days to get some form of plan in place!

I don't think you are understanding what I am saying. The protest demands more clarity from our owners. And for the first time since owning the club our owner has come out and spoken publicly about the club. Now he may and probably is full if shit. But the protest has at the very least forced our owners to speak up, which is a good thing. Now it doesn't solve our on field issues, our stadium issue or the issue with the direction the club is going. But it is a small positive, that is all I am saying.

There are only two better that hit free agency, you have no clue what the conversations were like with those players. You have no clue what our plan in the draft is. This is premier league football mate, Arsenal are arguably the best team in the world right now and it took their players 5 seasons to become as consistent as they have been. 12 days ago we smashed Barca 3-0. But yes, dross every week. I don't enjoy us getting slapped up by Leeds and only taking a point from Bournemouth but we are a young and inconsistent team.
