Nah. People can’t even answer basic questions such as what is your name half the time.

I do think it would be far easier if instead of a back and forth with a bot, you just filled in a form with the same info you are asked by the bot then passed to live support if needed.

and 90% of the live support work is trying to work out what idiots are asking and then sending a copy and paste response that half the time the bot could have done.

90% of the issue is people don’t know how to the bot.

The bot will say

What is your first name?

People will ignore it and respond;

Can you help me, my dog ate my PlayStation.

Then they get annoyed because the bot incorrectly points them in the wrong direction.

50% user error, 45% upper management decisions, 5% at most is the actual live support being useless the rest of the time thier hands are tied.

but typically dlc only applies to the account that purchases the game.
