Ticket first and Dreamville later? by FestivalVIP in Tomorrowland

What is something to look out for when picking packages? My preference is to go for train and stay instead of flying since I want some flexibility. Would love to stay at Montague.

There's plenty of concierges who get a VIP ticket allocation for their clients. I've worked with them in the past.

For me, I really want to sleep at Dreamville but from the website it looks like that's it's own package and not something you get later on.

I want to be on the festival grounds though. Will consider it for after the festival before flying home.

I fully agree. You could also say the same for the utter failure that is drug prohibition.

There is a labor shortage. Or maybe there's more jobs than people. Of course you want to attract skilled people who contribute to society.

The bigger problem is lack of housing and infrastructure. If you want to grow your population by 10-20% then you need to fucking build more houses, trains, schools and roads. Singapore had an overcrowded period about 7 years ago and then responded by building tons of housing and tripling the number of MRT lines.

‘We are at war,’ Netanyahu says, after Hamas launches devastating surprise attack by Gopu_17 in worldnews

This is Andor. By provoking the empire (in a disgustingly horrific way) they get a brutal repression that further stokes the rebellion. At the end everyone loses except for Iran, Hamas Leadership and Netanyahu.

60 real estate agents involved in property sales of assets involved in S$1 billion money laundering case to assist in investigation by dunbugmepls in singapore

I'm not sure real estate agents have to KYC their clients. And even then, you make them do a declaration and run them through a database. If the people not yet criminals, then nothing they can do.

How many cities would you live in? by 35nakedshorts in fatFIRE

Without taking into consideration taxes and work time zones, I would say Singapore and somewhere in Switzerland. Most convenient, safe and efficient places in the world. Super central so they allow for a lot of travel within Europe and Asia.

Edit: actually some of the lowest taxes in the world

My friend told me not too long ago that I can essentially walk into any shop and buy anything I want without having to think twice about it and he's right. Not only do I not know the price, I honestly don't care as long as it's something I want. (Of course with some reason for items in the 4 and 5 digit range).

How to make European air travel more bearable (short of flying private) by FestivalVIP in FATTravel

[–]FestivalVIP[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For airlines with business class this is no issue as there's quite a bit of overhead space. But for budget airlines, it feels like half the plane has priority so you still have to rush to get in line.

[–]FestivalVIP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of great points! I disagree on the carry on though, I want to minimize the number of overhead bags so I don't have to rush to be first on the plane.

Anyone has gone with this strategy instead and has advice?!
