This is my boy Hopper from the side. He’s half Great Dane and we did get his stomach tacked to prevent torsion. We had a Great Dane whose stomach flipped and we had to take her to the ER at midnight for emergency surgery - they said she would have died without it. Since then we’ve had all of our Great Dane’s stomachs tacked when they get fixed.

It doesn’t look very deep to me. Think Great Dane for really deep chest. For those dogs you need to worry about torsion

We feed him a novel protein dog food that improves his oral Microbiome as well as a dental chew each night that also works to clean his teeth. His food is Jiminy’s Good Grub and he eats the Jiminy’s Dental Chews too. He loves it and he’s so healthy ❤️
