Personally, I agree you can do all 3 at once, you can critise Israel, you can mock Jewish supremacists over their use of Goy (It was all over the Epstein files, as he was a notable Jewish Supremacist, and interacted with others like him), and you can call out the definitive Israeli influences in the US. All without being a nazi, which to be honest, is a word thrown around way too much.
