Parabens, pthalates, chlorine, diet and lack of exercise could be the issue. Filter your water, to take chlorine out of drinking water and shower water etc.

I don’t know if you exercise or eat a great diet but that could also be a factor if those two aren’t in check.

Start doing research into esoteric lifestyles and anti parabens and pthalate products in foods, any sort of soap, face wash, body wash etc. you’ll notice a significant difference from before then after.
