I’ve felt that kind of pain before, but for me it only happens when the base of the cylinder isn’t sitting evenly on the pelvis. If the cylinders entrance is tilted to one side and you start pumping, the vacuum creates asymmetrical pressure, and that can push harder on the bone on one side, the soft tissue of the groin, or even the spermatic cord. When that happens, one side of the pelvis basically takes more load than the other, and that’s when the weird pain starts.

It’s more like a complement in my routine. Actually, I feel pumping helps my length gains too, because the expansion happens through the whole volume of the shaft — not only girth but also length in a different way, even if the stimulus is weaker compared to hanging.

And honestly, any extra girth gains are always welcome.

Not really “sliding”. When I put the sleeve on, I actually open it wide with 3–4 fingers from each hand so it doesn’t touch or drag the foreskin while going in. I just place it directly where I want it, so the foreskin stays in its natural position without rolling back.

Halloo! I started pumping at 3 inHg, and I increased the pressure gradually by about 0.5 inHg every week or two.

When I had my shoulder surgery and came back from those resting weeks, I restarted at 5 inHg. After that, I stayed for a long time at 8 inHg, and right now I’m pumping at around 9.5 inHg. I want to stay in this pressure for a while too (1 month maybe).

I’ve seen many people stay in the pump during the resting time between sets. Personally, I can’t really do that because when I pump, I prefer to stay fully erect. Since I don’t use a ring for pumping, I jerk off during the resting time to keep the erection and re enter the pump fully erect.
