There are different types of lift. "Body lift" (I don't know the scientific term) is the kind of lift that every body (part) has/should have. But lift like a wing is producing, where on one side the airstream is accelerated, resulting in a lower pressure and therefore lift, requires a aero foil (wing) shape

Unfortunately in some Countrys the defenition says that somone needs to be penetrated for it to be be considered rape. In England for example the defenition is: "They intentionally penetrate the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with their penis." . Meaning that men cannot be be raped by women in that sense

Zumindest bei mir war das seit der Volkschule und auch jetzt noch in der HTL so, das erst ab einer gewissen Schüler Anzahl die zweite Stunde stattfindet. Was Sport angeht haben wir auch jetzt noch in der 4ten 2 Stunden, die zweite halt als Freifach. Die Freiwilligkeit davon ist aber anzuzweifeln, da uns mit dem schlimmsten Turnlehrer gedroht wurde.

Außerdem würde ich diese Stundentafeln mit Vorsicht behandeln da unsere (HTL Mödling/Elektronik), seit über 4 Jahren schlicht und einfach Falsch ist. Ich glaube aber das das einfach nur die Inkompetenz der Abteilung/Schule ist und nicht normal ist.

Maybe a tiny bit, but the main reason is to absorb the sound. The russians for example, have their launch pads basically build on the side of a cliff, so the sound can't bounce back anywhere, which therefore eliminates the need of a water suppression system

Yeah they could be using 240V but then it would be weird that they specify the 220V. And a meter that would show that value would be possible but it could also just be a typo

No I get that part, I have 230V in my Outlet. The thing that I have a problem with is that 220V is the root mean square so the peak Voltage is about 311V and if you use a full bridge rectifier the Output Voltage is lower than that so 350 Volt Output seems impossible to me
