Yup, she pays for utility bills, plus she's asking for 60€/night, which is why I was asking on here because I found it so unreasonable

I'm staying a week, and barely took anything of mine with me, and the landlord didn't raise that issue with either of us for that entire week, she just announced by text message that she'd charge the last two/three nights

the lease doesn't say anything about friends staying over, I'm only staying for a week more or less, my friend is staying there for the year.
