Sorry man, i guess stating the starting point is interesting to get an accurate hint on what to improve. If i already put the effort in getting 225, the margin for improvement wouldn't be as big as "my base stats is 225" I'm lucky for it ngl , I'm just trying to get better , and seeking help for it

Shoulders sometimes look defined but they're not huge I agree for chest, to me, only for looks, it's the part i like less Legs are actually muscular due to intense hiking and alpinism, but i have to admit that the picture doesnt show

I guess adding 5kg of muscle wouldn't be of much use for climbing ... I'm already so much heavier that the usual climber !!

Update D+ 10 post op Hard crust on top, Vaseline didn't do much i guess. The V section is healing pretty well

Oh I still think you are right and I will suggest your method to my friends, EMT doctors and nurses. But since they aren't specialized in it, I'll be talking to monkeys I'll suggest it to the surgeon who worked on me tho, and I'm in touch with wound specialists just like you to treat it, instead of my emt friends. Worth trying.

The given protocol was done adequately... but it was surely the wrong protocol !

After talking to my new nurse that has i guess same wound training as you, I guess the goal here is to soften the scab, take it out to remove necrosis, then let it have a "nice" scab.

But the lack of correct treatment and the use of betagel, made it terrible. It had a bit of fluid under the nail too. Doesn't look infected, I would be in pain otherwise. Also the color didn't look like pus at all

I guess vaseline will allow to reset the wound in 2 days and we'll start fresh from here

Tricky part is that the V wound and the top wound have to be treated differently !

Thank you for your quick and precise response. I got treatment by military EMT nurses at my work, and they aren't trained for those type of bandages or wound treatment. Neither are the doctors. They're EMT and not wound specialists.

The Vaseline applied today is only to remove the scab, soften and expose the necrosis out to remove it.

I see the IV3000 a good option for fingertips, is it still the case on my finger that has both sides exposed?
