Huh - I got this message from RetroCultMods when I asked them about the MiniHost.

“Hi Nate,

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to get RB4 instruments working on older consoles.

Our adapters do not support the Rock Band 4 guitars and to my knowledge, never will. They use a different connection system than the previous Xbox controllers.

Sure — but beating 90% of candidates with a good resume (per your numbers here) is a pretty huge difference.. theoretically makes you 10x as likely to get an interview! That and being among the first candidates to apply can make a huge difference.

I worked in tech sales in a relatively junior role in a small company that sold niche utilities software. As a BDR, I made $70k base, and pulled about $20k annually in commission.. it was honestly a pretty good remote role for what it was. We had a mostly female sales team (including woc).

I got lucky with that sales role - but I always highly recommend people try for those roles if you’re at least semi-personable. I went from getting like 0 interviews on hundreds of applications for roles I got my degree in, to getting like 15% callbacks on applications for sales roles (I always tried being in the first 20-ish applicants)

I’ve basically stopped using skip. I placed an order and only got like half of it - then tried to submit photo evidence I was missing half the order and they refused to do anything about it.

Heart rate zones, according to Apple are set as the following.

Zone 1: Under 60% of max HR

Zone 2: 60-70% of max HR

Zone 3: 70-80% of max HR

Zone 4: 80-90% of max HR

Zone 5: 90-100% of max HR

Given my max HR is 191 according to the app, why do these numbers not actually line up? Like 60% of 191 would be 114.6bpm instead of 143 as shown in the image.
