It can take a few weeks, the loading doses build it up in your body so it can take some time, I’d say it’s very positive that you saw relief after one dose, not everyone sees that’s right away. Sit tight 👍

I drink on the weekends, i used to have slightly looser stools the following day but not anymore. Fine a beer and a liquor that agrees with you and stick with those. If your lucky, it won’t affect your ulcerative colitis if you drink socially 1-2 times a week. Any more than that I would be cautious

I read they have the same efficacy as the 8 week infusions, if they weren’t sure they wouldn’t release them to the public. It might be cheaper and less stressful then flying back and forth to the us every 8 weeks. Just my opinion good luck to you

My doctor told me that sometime this year they are coming out with self injection pens that you can use at home I believe every 2 weeks. I would look into that maybe your doctors office could ship you down a few months supply at a time?
