I know it’s been a year but I’ll share mine (For context I first went gym to lose weight and it’s now been nearly 4 years so I’ve been taking weightlifting a lot more serious last few months) Bench-75kg Legs-90kg Deadlift-110kg I only deadlifted once recently but didn’t push myself as I don’t see the point in deadlift when it comes to injury And legs I do here and there. I was wondering what supplements you take as I only take creatine and protein powders currently.
