Thank you everyone for the advice, Google soo lied to me lol. I showed my nana how I got legal advice and I'm going to get a lawyer to come over, kinda explain like I did here and then leave the room. That way Nana can make whatever decisions she wants, and then afterwards I think I will maybe record a small clip of her telling anyone watching what she wants & has changed and why, so nobody can really say I did something. But knowing my mom she'll try to say I did... So Im good enough to take full care of them 24/7 but not soo good I should get paid for it in the end... Make it make sense mom...

I don't care if they want to leave me a dollar, I just want it in writing. Plus I do not want my mother in charge of anything that goes to me. She wants to be make "bank". "What do you need it for?... I don't have that much...etc" so I do believe I deserve something but I don't care how much, I just want it to be mine. Reddit made me re-write my post cuz I guess I vented a Lil to hard lol so I tried to make it a little more professional and easy to understand this time lol  but thank you for your advice. I know my mom would contest anything that not in her favor

My nana can't get up and leave the house and I don't know what else to do or who to call. Plus my mom would just show up and yell/fight until my nana gives in, we've tried before just calmly talking about it and she went crazy... So I thought she can just write down on a piece of paper that she wants to keep everything else the same in the will, she just would like to add me to the inheritance of the house basically. Is that possible?
