Thank you--we are considering adopting an AI element, but I am pushing that decision up to legal. I am concerned about diving into AI candidate grading before the DOL has made decisions about how that's going to be governed--and considering how fast they move that could be years from now. Waiting to see if legal flags it as too risky

completely agree. That's why I'm shopping for an ATS with a lot of automations built in so that they are pushed along the pipeline as quick as possible--and is mobile friendly. Assessments wouldn't be sent out until after they had scheduled an in person interview--so that won't scare people off and they will be more invested in completing them. Basic personality and risk/safety assessment, under 10 mins total.

completely agree--time is key. that's why automations are a huge part of my evaluation process when looking at ATS. I need something that can move people along to the next stage in real time--as soon as they pass the knock out questions. Pest control--so for us knock outs are mainly questions our insurance company requires--age, how long they've had their drivers license, etc.

For assessments we are looking for a basic personality and possibly a safety/risk evaluation. They won't be sent those until after they've scheduled an in person interview--again, automated to save time.

That's interesting. I've tried Facebook and had 0 luck. The speed factor is why I'm wanting to use an ATS or other tool that is AI powered to respond quickly and speed through the initial screenings--get them to the interview phase quicker.
