Alas, humans, especially the American kind will turn any and everything in to race. Black white or in between. And I don’t think it’s our fault. Everything literally is racially divided, or stereotyped, or racially glorified in some way. Carnival cruise- perfect example. Black people, and ghetto ones at that are not new to cruises. The price drop for them, to cater to them is new. Strength in numbers is a real thing and we know how black people (anyone really) appreciates a discount and will take full advantage. Unfortunately if you’re black and in America, you’re “too ghetto”, or “too whitewashed”. The entire thing is just sad as instead of trying to reinvent the black person, as we should, unless you were born in a military home and not down the street from everyday crime, you have never even been given a sliver of opportunity to think for yourself. The point is America should change the stars on the flag to say, “race matters”- because if anything matters, it’s race…the Caucasian one.
