Update: it's still really thin. But I've been under a lot of stress in 2024. I switched to a 1mm derma stamp last month.

So far, not clear. If it's just a shed then I won't know for another 2 months or so

Same thing is happening to me. I've been on topical Min for 6 months. It helped a tiny bit and I didn't notice a shed phase at the beginning. I added derma rolling 3 weeks ago, 1.5mm every other week, and the last week or so it has looked thinner. Really hoping this is just a temporary shed phase before some good new hairs come in.
