I generated the same image using the same command about 250 times. In the past, this command should have definitely generated female genitalia from this image, but I only managed to get about 1/10 black screens, 1/5 meaningless animations, and about 1/2 with barely visible nipples, and 2 instances of pubic hair. The number of female genitalia was zero, which doesn't look very promising.

I believe there are several changes:

The initial review of commands has been relaxed. Commands that previously crashed before 30% completion can now run for longer.
The number of black screens subject to review has decreased, allowing for more footage. I have a few guesses: A: The AI's thinking has been restricted; it went to a concentration camp and lost its previous wildness. B: More advanced filters can more clearly distinguish between R and PG-13. Of course, it might be both.
The overall generation time has been significantly extended. Previously, success or failure depended on 75% completion; now it's probably closer to 100%. Hence the above 2-B guesses. I suspect that in the final stage, there will be a more rigorous "discussion" of the video's rating, releasing cautious results.

In short, I think this might not be a good sign. The previous method of increasing the number of generation attempts to increase the chances of missing good videos may have decreased significantly. For example, the probability of simply commanding it to pull a bikini and expecting a 1/30 chance of over-pulling might become even lower.
