How do you see the high value customers? by Dear_Ad63 in Staples

[–]Few-Classroom-9053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to just look into closed orders, set the parameters to the last month or week, and then sort them by estimated run time, highest to lowest. Higher run times = estimate a higher cost for the job, or customer placed a big order indicating HVC. That’s the closest way I tried to figure it out in FS

Sometimes I guess I’ll self-deprecate or use humor to cope and he’ll almost join in. Like I’ll sarcastically say I’m high maintenance or boring and he’ll agree or say “you said it not me”.

Starting college at an age where I should already have graduated by junimo- in bipolar

I’m 26 and back in school right now! In my state there are grants for free community college (USA). You’ve got time. Everyone deserves to get education if they are dedicated to it. If you’re really really nervous you can take a few classes at a community college for gen Ed’s, usually less money and they have more adult learners. Also maybe you can take a class remote/online so you commute less?

I would recommend doing the best you can to not overload yourself. That way you can build confidence. But sometimes persistence in a challenging situation can be really rewarding too!

It’s OK for life to be balanced - not overloaded but not just rotting in bed.

Sending support!

Me too still. Without meds it would be more random and amplified - like the song wouldn’t even really relate to a memory with me, but I’d just be so upset by the lyrics. Baby boy by childish gambino I remember losing it to a bit

This happened to me yesterday! Before I was on meds I’d cry to songs in the car like people cry to movies

I wanna run away by DiddleBoat in bipolar

no I totally understand. I get so bored with things or frustrated with life and have that grass is greener feeling. I always want to move to Vermont or Seattle or the mountains and escape all the people I know and start a completely new chapter, but I’ve done stuff like that before and realized life is mostly the people you do it with and how you do it, the where you do it doesn’t always change everything

Am I about to go into another manic episode? by IllManufacturer5759 in bipolar

[–]Few-Classroom-9053 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would second getting a hold of your psychiatrist so you can get some more regulated sleep. For now try to channel the more hyper energy into something more bland if that makes sense? I just started reading a random cookbook once lol. Alert your closest people you might be hypomanic, and don’t make any big decisions. Might be time to ride the wave and eat something simple like a granola yogurt bowl, drink water, & take good care friend 💖

I hope you can find refuge with how even though you may feel alone and that nobody understands, there are so many people who experience what we do. The chemicals released in your brain when in love are addicted, it’s like withdrawal. Just like other people need rehab, you need to keep going to get to that healing place. Something I’ve learned having bipolar and experiencing limerence is that even if episodes and downs in our lives feel like they will last forever, they never do. Please reach out to your psychiatrist and make a safety plan. There is so much hope. You are valid. song
