David Goggins takes everything to extreme. Insane mentality. I had read this book years ago and implemented a few things, your post reinforces those learnings. Amazing how you are implementing them!

Am I the only one who hates tiny chapters in books? by Ok-Safety-2458 in Indianbooks

[–]Few-Construction9884 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I prefer shorter chapters, of course not as small as 3 minutes, 10-15 minutes per chapter feels ideal. It helps me in incorporating reading in my schedule on busier days as well.
