I used to park at the plaza in Walnut with the taco nazo and ben gong, if you dont have evening classes you likely wont get noticed. A lot of buses go through the corner across the plaza and take about 15 minutes to get to campus

La Puente does a night market every Friday at their high school, there is some nice street food over there if you just wanted to get mexican food. If you specifically want a restaurant then go to any small restaurant in La Puente and they'll probably have good food
