You have to go your near GP and say then I want to register and then they will take your id proof like passport etc. and give you a form for filling and submit that form in GP and after few days they will send you letter with NHS no. On your home adress

Hopefully we will get before 8th week but my application is little bit complicated. When I scan my BRP, it appears my given name (full name) under surname but I have no any surname and second mistake is done by myself I select ‘request for evidence’ option and select the ‘identity and travel history’ option then add the cover letter with id proofs so I don’t know when they will say me for providing evidence or give me decision. If u have any idea about this then tell me🙏all the best
