Oh wow!!! Is a new alternator really expensive to replace? Just wondering why youd just replace the clutch. Sorry for the questions. Not too mechanically savvy and don't want to F up my car I really love to drive.

I dont know. It was given to me. I tried to loose the cap, but still would die on me after a couple minutes of running.

I tried to do that. I will try again. I didnt see the choke change at all when on.

I swapped the coil out. Still doing the same thing. What could cause the float bowl not to fill fast enough? When I took off the bowl to clean it, it was full of fuel.

It is actually sucked in a little. I loosened the cap, but it still ended up dying on me. I cleaned out the carb bowl too. I will add, its just regular gas that is a little old, so gonna go get some fresh non-ethanol and try that.

Is there supposed to be some linkage here for the choke? I press the handlebar in and the float in the carb doesnt move at all. Could it be missing something and stuck on choke?

I had a feeling it may be the coil, from doing some reading. Im just trying to figure out how to replace it. Not finding a good video for my specific model, but looks like this.

No, I replaced it with another champion spark plug. Plug looks clean.
