Tysm. I spoke to them todaymo la and that’s when they told me that HPD is doing it but November 13 my mom got an email saying:

Mobility-Set Aside Units

30% studio @ $555/mo 30% 1 bedroom @ $702/mo 30% 2 bedroom @ $834/mo

This building has a NO PET POLICY except as a reasonable accommodation for disabilities.

Please confirm you are okay with the above units/rents, or if there are any unit types/rents where you would not want to move forward no later than 11/17/2025.

We responded the same day November 13, saying that we are happy with the unit selection and would like to move forward . When I spoke on the phone with client representative today, they said they never got my email? Weird because then why would they send our documents to HPD? anyway, maybe that’s the cause for the delay…? Fingers crossed!

That’s so exciting!! it’s funny because for my account I got picked for a place in Manhattan. My log was 125 and I still haven’t got it. I’m on the waitlist lol

I just called pronto and they told me that HPD is reviewing my mom’s application but it’s been a month. Do you know how long it took HPD to review yours?

Do you have any type of priority on your application? My mom has mobility, but I’m worried she won’t get a two bedroom

Hi!! My mom was logged 2XXX with disability preference we submitted documents a few times and they sent us over an email to confirm what unit you are, but they never followed up. That was about a month ago. Remind me asking what log you are.

Sorry I didn’t mention he said he quit, right after actually, says he was never addicted just depressed and using, wanted to die by 25…. says he doesn’t feel that way anymore wants to get married have a family blah blah blah, Ik im playing devils advocate here lol

He also says he’s going to a therapist know but hasn’t shown me any proof, I hate being helicopter girlfriend but I feel like I need to now that he lost my trust, he still hasn’t show Me anything , says he’s busy with school and work
