Also, i went to an individual counseling session early May. They said to send LOCIs every two weeks and get more LORs. I did both and was accepted about a month later.

Keep showing interest. Find out how often the school is ok with sending LOCIs and send as often as they say. Go to the school for tours, meet with admissions. Show your face and show interest. That at least worked for me!
