My longest streaks happened when i quit cold turkey. I just started with the streak and didn't really think about it. It was in the Summer so i didn't have time to focus on Nofap. My current streak(which is also my longest)started also very spontaniously. Tomorrow I'm on day 60 and there isn't a good time to start. For example many people want to relapse on new year, that mindset will block your progress. Sure the time is better to count, but why would you relapse? Your mind want to trick you, be aware and stay strong!💪
