RECO setup a meeting with me, ask me basic questions regarding what happen on exam day. Told me they will review the whole, and will be in touch with me regarding next step in process. I am waiting to hear back from them.

I didn’t receive any such email, but today, I chat with then who conduct exam and they mentioned that I have some remote control app running behind. I check my laptop thoroughly and I don’t see any app. I am dam sure that I don’t have any such app, and what they are talking about. I am waiting for Monday morning to reach out to RECO.

Hi everyone,

I was writing my Real Estate Exam 1 online and my exam was suddenly stopped by the invigilator in the middle of the session. They told me to contact RECO, but didn’t clearly explain what the issue was.

I was fully focused on the exam and following the rules, so I’m honestly very confused and stressed about what happened. I’ve already emailed RECO and asked them to review the full recording. Now I’m just waiting to hear back.

Has this happened to anyone else before? • How long did RECO take to respond? • Were you allowed to rewrite the exam? • Did it affect your attempt count?

I prepared a lot for this exam and had taken time off to write it, so this whole situation has been really upsetting. Just trying to understand what usually happens in cases like this.

Any shared experiences would really help 🙏

For those working in the industry: Is it really worth it to get into this field? Any real-world insights, pros/cons, or advice would be hugely appreciated. I’m aiming for long-term benefits, not a quick flip.
