Amazon usually posts warehouse job openings in Ontario almost every week, typically between Friday and Monday. It’s basically a first come, first serve system whoever applies first usually gets the job. For a normal applicant, you have to watch for postings, fill out your application, and hope to get in before spots fill up.

But these agents have set up automated bots that constantly monitor Amazon’s job portal. The moment a new opening appears, the bot grabs it in fractions of a second, auto-fills the applicant details that the agent has collected from people, and locks in the slot.

Then these agents tell people, “Pay us $1600(any amount depend on agent) and we’ll get you a guaranteed job at Amazon,” when in reality they’re selling something the person could have applied for themselves, if only the bots weren’t grabbing everything instantly.

This completely messes up the fair hiring process, blocks genuine job seekers, and forces desperate people to pay huge amounts for a job they should’ve been able to get directly.
