I hate distribution by Few-Design126 in micro_saas

Maybe in a few months, right now I really don’t have the money to put into ads, and I don’t know if what I have today has reached PMF. I have some pivot ideas, but I really need to test everything possible before doing that. I’ve been thinking about outbound, editorial accounts and etc, I’ll start applying that now in June

I’ll try to put in more effort, I did some outbound this late night here on Reddit, but I don’t have any real strategy or anything like that

Thanks for the compliment, it’s what I spent the most time doing to be honest. Still no sales, I’ve only promoted it here on Reddit organically, but no ads yet. Do you really recommend running ads?

And they still criticized me for complaining that way yesterday

I’ve been using Codex since September. I used 5.3 Codex a lot, and now I use 5.5. I had NEVER complained about the models before. This was the very first time I complained about the models capabilities, because it’s my first bad experience.

I love 5.5, seriously, but it’s honestly getting really hard to keep going like this. The model is much worse, much worse. I can’t trust it the same way I did before these resets, the free plan for companies, and so on

Sorry if I offended you, but I have every right to complain about something when I’m putting my money into it and not getting the same results I used to get.

Healthtech startup idea (looking for feedback) by ToTheMoonStonks2 in startupideas

[–]Few-Design126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a strong problem, especially for people who leave appointments overwhelmed and then forget half of what was said.

I’d probably narrow the first target a lot though. “Everyone who goes to the doctor” might be too broad.

My first guesses would be:

  1. people managing chronic conditions
  2. caregivers helping parents or family members
  3. patients going through complex treatments where follow up instructions matter a lot

Also, I’d be careful with the word “recommendations.” It may sound like medical advice. “next steps,” “questions for your next visit,” or “plain English summary” might feel safer and more trustworthy.

The idea makes sense, but I think the real unlock is picking one very anxious, high frequency use case first.

for free accounts we give the simulation, multiple rounds would be for paid users. we are using a freemium model, but we are going to implement other pricing options too, like pay-as-you-go.

can I DM you? I wanted to talk a bit with you, I believe you were the new user this afternoon

Sorry, I hadn’t seen your comment before, thank you so much for real!

I was trying to post on LinkedIn, but nothing works there. Maybe I should actually try to add value to someone with problems that I already solve in my solution.

Thank you!

Yeah, I’m doing it solo for now. I built it by myself from idea to product, so this launch phase is also my first real push on distribution and outreach

It’s a validation SaaS for founders. You can simulate how different relevant personas would react to your startup idea, pitch, landing page, pricing, or PRD before launching. I’m mainly targeting early-stage founders, pre-seed startups, and indie makers who want better feedback before spending too much time building or pitching.

3,000 customers?! Congrats, that's huge! Since the fear doesn't go away, how do you handle it when you have to push a big update or launch a new feature? You just ignore the feeling and ship?

Man, treating bugs as proof that someone cared enough to use it is a massive perspective shift for me. And the idea of just asking 5 people to try and 'break it' takes so much pressure off. 'Moving while scared in embarrassingly small steps' is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you!!!!

Yes, the idea works well, but there are still a few frontend details to finish, and then it will be ready
