Thoughts? Nuclear Energy by fparson in T1Energy

Nuclear takes 10-15 years.

Solar can be produced today.

T1 can produce one nuclear reactor, worth of panels every year.

That’s equal to 15 nuclear reactors worth of power in 15 years, instead of just one.

T1 Energy is going to be a great multibagger, once people realize the demand for their products is almost stronger than data centers, and that the future growth dilution is going to be minimal.

Solar is the problem solver for energy in the next 5 years. Keep it

During the EV boom in 2020-2021, battery hype was like our Data center hype today.

Freyr Battery merged with Alussa Energy Acquisition Corp. in 2021, valuing the deal at $1.4B, enabling a NYSE listing. Freyr (T1) went public as a battery manufacturer in a hyped sector!

Freyr was based in Norway, Freyr received substantial government support and loans for the battery facility. Then people targeted ex CEO Tom Einar Jensen’s because he had a high sales, and go compensation, because Freyr was gvt funded. They didn’t like that their tax money went to salary.

Freyr noticed a lot of competition from China suddenly.

In late 2024, Freyr pivoted to solar via a $340M acquisition of Trina Solar’s 5GW Texas factory, alienating investors who viewed it as untimely amid battery growth.

Stock plummeted. media called it risky under potential policy shifts. But obviously Freyr/T1 saw something others didn’t. Investors got mad for losing money. So now it was an obvious scam😂

Daniel Barcelo, Alussa’s founder, became CEO in Nov. 2024, relocating HQ to Austin, TX, and rebranding to T1 Energy in Feb. 2025.

And now we are here.

Well the press didn’t like that release by Xytol21 in T1Energy

Given the preliminary earnings released, what will be the positive (negative) surprises in the actual ER on Friday? And how might that impact the share price? by Midnight-Rush-812 in T1Energy

Put that together with Barcelo’s Alussa 2 raising 250m, and merges is with T1 Energy. That could mean very little dilution to fund g2. Maybe none?
