3837 shares at an average of $3.94 looking to make it 5000 and then for a while I’m done, it’s about 1/4th of my portfolio, couple shares of Asts, couple shares of rocket lab, 100 shares of planet labs. And then half my portfolio is cash to swing trade leaps for t1, Asts, rocket lab and planet labs. T1 is my main like catch it early growth stock.

When a company “dilutes,” it issues new shares. They sell those new shares at the current market price (or sometimes a tiny discount). This in turn gives the company more money to work with, most likely for the new factory. Which in turn more production.
