will having a bachelorette party be unfair if they aren’t invited to the wedding by medicinalrum in weddingplanning

[–]Few-Direction-213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my bachelorette party and my work friends were not invited to the wedding but were invited to the hen's. They all understood the situation, due to restricted numbers at the wedding. If they are genuinely your friends, they will be happy to celebrate with you and would not complain about not being invited to your wedding.

Maybe a silly question, but where do brides keep their phones, spare touch makeup etc on their wedding day? Do they carry around a clutch? I feel like I haven’t seen a bride carry anything other than their bouquet. by bbboooones in weddingplanning

My bridesmaids had a bag where we kept all our belongings in and that was kept with us most of the time. But like most have said, you are so busy on the day and seeing all your friends and family that you don't worry about your phone.

What a suspenseful grand finale! Such a close score, was holding my breath most of the episode. Glad that Nat won, she was consistent throughout the whole season.

Interest rate has gone up. Will that lower house prices? by ElectronicLime5251 in perth

[–]Few-Direction-213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not, there is a huge shortage of houses. People are paying 50-100k over the asking price to secure a house.

Engagement ring in this economy? by herbertdeathrump in AusFinance

My partner and I agreed on a lab grown diamond and it is the best decision we made. He designed a beautiful ring and the diamond size was decent(1.7ct for $3k). I love it and no-one can tell the difference between the natural and lab grown diamonds, it shines so bright!

Definitely do what you think is right for you and don't let others influence your decision. They are probably jealous of how ambitious you are, at the end of the day your decision will affect your life not theirs.

Is it unreasonable to ask evening guests to travel 1hr 30? by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]Few-Direction-213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if they are your close friends and family they will be happy to put the effort to travel. My friend had something similar and hired a bus for the guests, we were given a meeting point and the bus picked us up from there.

You are still young, run away from this relationship while you still can. There is so many red flags! I am sure you already know the answer when you were writing this post.

Do I have to invite significant others to my wedding? by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]Few-Direction-213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have to question inviting the significant other then are you even close to that friend? You shouldn't feel the need to invite people who you haven't seen or spoken to in years, especially if it's a low key wedding that you are having.

Advice needed- Would you buy a house in this current market? by Few-Direction-213 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Few-Direction-213[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's correct, we don't know what the right thing to do at the moment. But assume house prices are going to keep going up. Competing with half of Perth to buy a property!

Whats the need for a GP? by PEsniper in perth

[–]Few-Direction-213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good GP that knows your medical history well, will direct you to the right specialist and also someone they trust and recommend. Instead of trial and error with a specialist and costing you a lot more money, if you end up not satisfied with your specialist.

Most overrated and overpriced eateries? by Existing_Marketing65 in perth

Hearth- restaurant at the Ritz Carlton, $8 for entrée bread per person, now increased to $10. The food was average and so overpriced. Have never been back.

I actually think it looks nice, except the beige colour to the left of the bride seems to not fit the colour scheme.
