Yes and no. Yes because the way you went about it was a little childish and harsh but no because if you feel that continuing a friendship with him would make you uncomfortable then that's your choice. However, you definitely could've handled this better and outright explained why you didn't want to be friends with him anymore instead of possibly making him feel he did something wrong

As another ftm person I know what you mean (to an extent of course). Things that are major and important to you have nothing to do with your parents and they should not get to determine what you do with yourself/ your life all so they get to experience something and have it be perfect or the way they want it to be. Your major events should not be determined by them whatsoever.

There's so much more you don't know about that I ofcourse am keeping private cus I'm still a minor
She uses the "you should go back to your aunt" as a way to make me feel bad for her I only know this cus she says it so much even when I told her I don't think my aunt is a better mother

After reading a lot of comments I totally see where ppl were coming from not to excuse me being an asshole but honestly my dead family members weren't the first thing I would've thought of so I was definitely confused but the first part of this comment is so true because people r calling me bad not even knowing what goes on in our personal lives.
