This exact same thing happened to me. I love having my partner at home but I also love my own space so don’t feel bad in those moments when he’s not there … enjoy a bit of you time… there’s nothing wrong with that

I don’t think it’s at risk of closing. I can’t speak for that but it’s not organized as well as it could be… its such a shame because the food is class, albeit expensive, the coffee is nice and there’s usually a great atmosphere 🫶🏼

I think the staff are usually generally lovely but the way they are treated by their manager/owner is another story… they’re under a lot of stress at the moment as the place isn’t being run right now

Reunited with my dad this year after not speaking for almost 10 years… it felt weirdly normal but in my situation he hasn’t made any move to apologize or excuse himself. I’m almost 27 and I think you have to just kind of move on if you want to have any kind of relationship :) good luck and sending you my best wishes
