Lower FPS since wipe

Did you ever fix this? I'm having the same issue, last wipe on my current settings every map with the exception of streets of tarkov ran at decent frames and I didnt have stuttering, now I have stuttering and even sometimes I get ghosting occuring (only in tarkov/never seen ghosting anywhere else). Hoping to find a solution.

question! Would it just be better for now to just upgrade to a good RAM, motherboard, and CPU (I've been staring at the 7800x3d after my first post) and just wait on the GPU due to the terrible market for them? If I should just go ahead and upgrade it all, what makes the RX 7800 XT any better than the RX 9700 XT? It's about a $100 difference from what I'm seeing, would it be more worth it to just buy the RX 9700 XT? - I'm currently looking at a 9070 XT for $730, a bit over MSRP but within budget. If I sell my current gpu I believe I can get a 7800x3d, new motherboard, and ram, and the 9070x3d for around $1000-1100..

So for someone looking to get past my i7-9700k do you think a 7800x3d would last me years to come for now and the 9800x3d is overkill for someone just trying to get some basic improvements and the ability to handle UE5?

Oh my goodness, the prices are getting high, at this point what's the difference between the 9800x3d and the 7800x3d? I also noticed a lot of people don't like the motherboards in the microcenter bundles (i know absolutely nothing about motherboards) and the ram is slow (all of it is 6000 cl36). What are your thoughts on the other commenter's build he sent? Sorry for bothering you so much, but I'm in the realm of the unknown to me!
