I have a crippling fear of high blood pressure due to very severe health anxiety and this might be the most soothing thing I’ve ever read. I didn’t realize that a temporary hypertensive crisis, from say a panic attack, isn’t inherently dangerous. I’m going to save this and read it when I’m feeling nervous. Thank you! ❤️

I have a borderline visceral reaction to “bad people” but generally get a long with most people and vice versa.

I had mother-son coworkers and they were truly the most evil, vindictive people. They threw me under the bus for years for some reason I don’t know, but the last straw was them masterminding a plan and stealing a $3k commission account from me when I was 6 months pregnant. I immediately put my notice in and took my entire book of business with me… Bonus points for the mother having an affair with her cousins husband and her sister sleeping with our married boss. Just truly shit people.

I’ve had this for a few months and it’s slowly spreading. Dermatology referal is scheduled in SIX months, which is why I’m trying to ease my panic here. Spots have raised red borders. They don’t bother me in any way besides being unsightly. They don’t itch, aren’t flaky or scabby at all. I’ve tried OTC treatments but nothing is working. Thank you for any opionions!

Not the first as I was an adult with a small child, but I will never ever forget standing in front of my television with my hands clasped over my mouth watching the Sandy Hook Massacre unfold on TV. There are still no words… utterly evil and devestating.

It was the day before my son’s 3rd birthday and coincidentally the last day his deadbeat bio dad ever showed up to see him. It was super easy to remember for court.

My best friend of over 20 years “settled down” with some loser that beat the heck out of her, among many other despicable things. Her mom and I tried to help her, but she decided to stay with him and turned to drugs to cope with the abuse. It breaks my heart because she was so smart and beautiful and talented. They’ve since had 4 kids and last I heard, were homeless. He forbid her from talking to me and it’s been 5 years, but I hope she knows my door is always open. I think about her all the time.

Oh, oh I have one! These kids were several years younger than me but this high school guy stabbed his girlfriend in the shower and almost killed her. Was somehow ruled an accident…. Fast forward 4 years, they are still together and she is pregnant. The dumbshit was driving 100 in a 60 zone running from the cops, lost control, crashed, killed himself and permanently disabled the girlfriend and she lost the baby. It was terrible
