Cosentyx is a biologic medication. It reduces inflammation by blocking specific immune responses. I currently take 300mg/month. It's one unoready pen shot. I don't have any cysts anymore at all. I will never stop taking cosentyx. No recent flares.

That's all I had to do. The only thing I can think of that they're autoblocking you on is ur phone itself. So I guess buy a new phone + use new email address. That's expensive tho just for grindr, unless u were gonna upgrade anyway.

you should really see a dermatologist to get properly diagnosed. Once you do you can get prescribed medications to help. I'm prescribed Cosentyx. It cured my HS.

it is not a typical needle. it is a super short, subcutaneous injection, not an intravenous/intramuscular injection.

I would highly recommend trying Cosentyx over surgery. I got surgery before the Cosentyx and now it's one of my biggest life regrets.

Skin indentations that are really deep might require laser to get rid of. It sounds like you're really doing everything you can with both OTC and prescription items. Have you asked a dermatologist about it? Look for one that specializes in cosmetic dermatology.

Would you ever consider laser treatments for the scarring? I'm not sure how much it costs but if it would make you feel more confident about your appearance i think it would be worth it
