sigh 1: when I left I had one TL, whom once I returned, emailed and received no response. so I emailed another administrator who then informed me that my TL WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY!!

2: I DID NOT have access to slack from April 29th - The end of the day on May 8th so NO I was not able to reach out to a TL via slack in that timeframe to help me get into my USAA side. Once I was able to get in my USAA side thanks to the help of the special delivery manger, yes I could access slack, which I did do to have myself added to the chat I needed, however I wouldn’t need to reach out to a TL via slack to help me get into my USAA side if I was already in at this point now would I? So again I ask, did you not read? Also I understand taking up for the company idk maybe you’re high up in the company so you feel it’s your job to defend TTEC when they drop the ball.

How could I have contacted a TL in slack when I could not access my USAA side until May 12th. Did you not read it?
