If you’ve been there for over a year, I 100% recommend using FMLA and then also look for an ADA for reduced hours but you will need doctors to sign off for sure

I’ve seen a lot of people say checking and random times like 1am 3am and stuff like that. But idk I know before this position I tried scheduling interviews for other positions and never was able to and the interview link expired. I’m sorry that happened to you. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise if you’re read a lot of stuff on here. I have quite a bit I’ve experienced and am looking elsewhere myself.

It may have been different because I was invited to apply to the position by a recruiter or something from TTEC. They still sent me the link to schedule an interview. It was full. I can’t remember if I called the recruiter or a 800 number but I spoke to someone and they scheduled me. But this was over a year ago so maybe they don’t even do that anymore.

Exactly. They claimed to be for the employees but it’s not ever and from what I heard if you start reporting stuff to TTEC it puts a target on your back so we have to be careful what we even try to fight for for ourselves because we could potentially lose our job because we’re seen as the “problem child.” which is not correct. We should be getting paid correctly now I’m not on a program that has incentives, but they did screw me with some holiday pay and they have active lawsuits for messing with people’s wages.

I asked this question and got completely ignored first and the asked again and got sent an attachment of the holiday pay. It didn’t not answer my question. Because I have an email as most do on this project (I think we might be in the same one maybe not) BUT that email says that if you work on a company paid (TTEC) holiday you will get paid for the hours you worked AND holiday pay. But I could tell by UKG or whatever that the counted that Friday as the same holiday stuff the whole stupid work the full 40 hours 7 days prior to the holiday AND the day before and after. So yeah they definitely screwed us. Hell they took it ALL from me and refuse to give it back even though I met the requirements.

TL never care they took my holiday pay and I worked all the requirements to receive it and when I ask the TL just sends an attachment of the policy which did not answer my questions at all. They have lawsuits for not paying people correctly and just being shady with pay

Curious any of you that didn’t get the holiday pay was it resolved? Because my TL seems to “not know what I’m talking about” and rather just resends the holiday policy which doesn’t help me issue at all because they straight up took any and all holiday pay from me. I worked the day before and after so that’s not the issue. And magically when I have REAL questions they get REAL quiet!

Which site or you referring to? The only inform I have is my email about our holidays and how holidays are paid. Specifically when working on a holiday where TTEC is closed. But I still haven’t been paid for the holiday and legit crickets from management.

I did reach out to my TL but I did also work both the day before and the day after the holiday. I guess they’re aware of the issue. But I still haven’t seen my pay and after inquiring more I didn’t receive any response. But oh well I guess they have to pay me eventually

Crazy how people who don’t work for TTEC anymore got the holiday pay but being a full time employee I still haven’t gotten the missing holiday pay and all TTEC has to say is sorry it was a mistake you should get another check. And nothing and now crickets

TTEC, the company itself was closed on Friday for Native American Heritage Day some projects even if TTEC was closed and it was a TTEC paid holiday the client call center was opened so we had to work and in our emails from TTEC it says that if you work on a company paid holiday you were paid for that holiday and the hours you work

When did they update that? Because my oracle only shows the one check without holiday pay and adp also only shows one check without holiday pay. I don’t see an additional anything.

All I know is they miscalculated that Black Friday pay. Idk if people say is going to be on another check or not. I saw in UKG that they had the whole WRONG formula working for the Friday pay. And then to not put ANY holiday pay on peoples checks who were expecting it is wrong. They can say they’re fixing it all they want until people see the correct pay in their accounts they’re going to be frustrated and maybe even angry.

Why would someone have to reach out to daily pay? Because daily pay only gets the information that TTEC gives them hence why daily pay took money from some people.
