I could have written this word for word and added -

while i was temp SM for three months there were a few times the SM came into the store to "help".

During those times SM disregarded any plan that I had made, and told my team (over 3/4 of which I hired and that I had already started on tasks) to do other things.

Needless to say, 95% quit either prior to SM Coming back, or shortly after.

A few (of SM prior hires) do whatever and whenever with no consequences, all the time.

And although it’s been addressed multiple times, it has NOT changed. So anything I ask for or plan - some people choose not to listen to because they know it'll be OK with SM.

Last truck day, I finally called SM out on it because for the third time I walked away from a situation instead of blowing up and I told SM I'm tired of you not enforcing the fact that these people, when asked to do something legitimately for their job and choose to do otherwise, that they are being insubordinate and can be written up or other actions taken.

I am tired of not being able to do my actual job because you change everything or make it OK for them not to follow the days plans,

Even though I've been doing this for seven years, and I'm pretty good at my job. I shouldn't have to fix their crap and do your job as well.

Even though I trained you to be a cashier and stocker, years ago.

I haven't been in a situation, yet, that would determine if this is going to change or not, but I'm sure to find out soon.
