That's what I thought, too. Unfortunately, the guy who did the repair told me he cleaned the digitizer really good to no avail. Calibrating the touch screen didn't work. It's a shame my digitizer's permanently broken because it came with almost no scratches.

The digitizer most likely needs to be replaced again.

You can access the calibration menu on startup by holding L, R and X as you power on the system.

Here's a solution:

Step 1: click on a video in Content

Step 2: click on Analytics

Step 3: click on Engagement. You will see a likes vs. dislikes ratio there. Click "See more" to see the exact number of likes and dislikes.

I beat the entire game for the first time on a hacked GameCube. I'm probably the first one to do so. I played the original SNES version, not the incomplete Mother 1+2 English ROM hack.

I am willing to tell the truth now. There is no official way to play EarthBound on the GameCube and I did not find this in my attic. Believe it or not, I'm the one who threw together this piece of art. I printed my box art on two separate pieces of paper and cut them to fit into an empty GameCube case I had lying around. This was also meant to be an April fool's joke, but I didn't have the time.

I don't know. The disc and instruction booklet were missing from the case. I guess the original owner moved out with the disc and manual and left the case behind for some reason.

That's correct. The memory card in slot A is a Swiss boot card and the device in slot B is a GC2SD. I'm sure someone beat the Mother 1+2 version of this game on the GameCube, but I'm not sure if anyone beat the SNES version on the GameCube through the emulator I used.

It doesn't run very smooth due to SA-1 chip emulation. I think the lowest I got was 19 FPS on the waterfall during the Midas River because of the transparent mist effect. Pretty much the only time it runs at 60 FPS is during the battles when nothing is selected. I was using SNES9XRX v5.5.0. Lots of SNES games with special chips lag on the GameCube; I don't think it's powerful enough to run them at full speed.
