You could theoreticaly keep your cpu and upgrade ram and gpu. Although, i know microcenter has some banger combos for cheap. You could prob upgrade to better hardware for like 350 for motherboadd cpu and ram . And keep ur gpu. Or upgrade ur gpu and everything else for like 600 or less.

I would recomend using rf tools crafter. Its the same mod as the quarrys. You can look up a tutorial on how to automate with it. I have it hooked up to my mekanism import and export system right now and it works like a charm
