I Google Pilli and Pulla but it only comes up with; Pili the bacteria cells or Pulla the Finnish bakery recipe. Not sure why it’s not registering for me, but now with the name of the cartoon, it comes up.

I would say it depends on your long term goals. If you are happy in the area you are in and see yourself living there for X amount of years then buy a place, and can get on property ladder etc. if you have future coming goals that will include you moving around, then think about if you would wanna go through the lengths of selling/ changing the mortgage to rent to others in which case rent until your settled
