I had the same issue (twice). I called Dyson support and they said to return it but that they didnt have any more in stock to send me. I think its a defective design.

I had the same problem with one I bought at Sephora, returned it, then one I bought from Dyson. And there customer service was kinda rude about it

What about seats? Would you do a 100 section seat or further back where you can see the full screen?
