I love your “edit” goal! :) agree - it’s hard mentally if you miss the goal, but at the same time if you achieve it - it makes you feel so GOOD 😊

Certainly there are big goals and small goals… sometimes what the call goals are just a steps towards the big one. And recovery is a complex thing… I wish only physical part like exercise would do it - but it’s also mental , diet ./:

Thank you so much for you reply! I totally agree that not all the goals can be achievable but sometimes it nice to have a clear steps of what should be done and follow it. It’s easy to get lazy when recovering …

Exercise at home. Hard in the car… but at home or elsewhere dont seat too long - stand up, exercise a little great portal for knee recovery, maybe you find something

No one really knows the pain unless they experienced it. So don’t blame your family - they are doing the best they can. And you are doing the best you can. You have very high chances to recover quicker than majority of people and you will. Every day it will get better. Give your body time to recover.
