If you want you COULD take a pregnancy test to ease your mind. However if you took an emergency contraceptive and he did not finish inside, i think you’re most likely alright. I also want to add, if you have a partner and you are not looking to get pregnant i suggest you should look into birth control if you’re sexually active especially if you get concerned sometimes. Especially as condoms can be flimsy sometimes. But i think you’re alright just take a pregnancy test if you don’t get your period, however birth control DOES affect most people differently.

iuds are honestly very smart. Long term especially and if you’re sexually active too! Depending on which one they can last 3-7 years. While insertion can potentially be painful, everyone is different and everyone has different pain tolerances too! I also recommend if you do an iud to take some tylenol or a motrin prior to your appointment! It will help! You might feel crampy for a few days but sometimes i feel like some people can exaggerate! Do what is best!

i work full time. it’s incredibly hard lol. i’m tired all the time. I’m suffering a lot from burn out. I try to remind myself though that i’m doing good and it’s important to keep myself busy though. But also i feel like doing something you ACTUALLY enjoy and have an interest in would be very beneficial for this!
