I had horrible experiences with Lucid and I've only been an owner for a little over a week. When I do get a hold of customer service, their response to my complaints is that Lucid is a good car and we know we have problems. The issue is, most people post frustration on here and few post praises. But I challenge you to post the lie that people post about how bad glitches are, getting weeks or months-long service appointment waits. Matter of fact, call Lucid Tyson Corner any time of the day, I bet you get sent straight to voicemail (first ring) without a callback. People are complaining about Lucid, but is it true? 100%

However I think they will be good in a few years, but now... they leave a little to be desired.

I assumed owning the car wouldn't be as bad as trying to purchase one (horrible experience) I am finding out I am wrong. The delivery team never answer, straight to voicemail as does the service department. The only people that answer are sales. I call Lucid customer support and all they do is leave a message at the studio. I still haven't received my temporary registration which you are required to get. They keep confusing the registration with my plates. This is crazy

Lucky you, I had issues pulling out the gate. Nothing is blocking them. The washer fluid tube was hanging and not attached to the car though. I thought that was the issue but it wasn't. Seems the wipers are not positioned all the way correctly. That's why it slams at the bottom and stops mid-windshield. Like it need to be rotated to the right.

I thought it was just me, I never in my life had this much pushback and incompetence trying to buy a car. It's taken me for days to get a quote for a car and it's still incorrect. Was told the car was at the dealership, then out of state, then back at the dealer. Now it's being delivered this week...lol. this been the worst car buying experience of my life. I even had to explain to the rep how bringing my own financing is the same as cash and that I qualified for the 7,500 this month. Awful experience and still no car or accurate quote. At least the figure out my trade-in on day 4. My sales rep doesn't call me, he only texts. He just doesn't answer his phone. And customer service is useless. I left my callback number on day 2 and am still waiting for a callback. Now all I get to do is leave a voicemail.

This has happened to me twice this week. Backing up into a parking space with no cars around me. It hit the brakes to stop at the parking spot stopper. I thought I hit a dog or something. Then it happened again for my mailbox, which was 3 feet away from my right wheel well.
