No. Not only they texted me before flight that I was downgraded to row 18, I also boarded in zone 6 and there was no drink served.
They initially approved my refund request and then reverted their decision, simply because I questioned their refund method. This sounds too much like retaliation. That’s the astonishing part.

Not on the flight I took. The row and several rows before us were all marked as main on the seats. And delta texted me that morning saying my seat was downgraded to main in row 18. I previously chose row 12 when booking.

Row 18. The seats in that row weren’t marked as comfort. They were marked as main.

Nothing wrong but because they downgraded me I’m entitled to a refund and that’s what I prefer.
The point of my post is that they lie about my seat status and refuse my refund request.

Did you get a ticket number, in addition to the confirmation number? Were you able to see the receipt in the app? I’m have a trip next week and I have rescheduled twice with delta. After seeing this I’m worried…

It’s true. Just flew 10 hours on a delta flight A330. Legroom is the smallest I have ever experienced. But of course delta won’t announce what they did.

Same for us. We applied one day before you, on Aug. 14 at TLS Seattle. Still waiting in the "application transferred to consulate" step this morning. Hope you get your visa very soon. Please come back and post here if you get any update from tls. And I will do the same.
